Pre-Academic Engagement Schedule (Baishakh 6 – 14) Dear Parents, We would like to inform you that the school will be conducting a Pre-Academic Engagement Program from Baishakh 6 to Baishakh 14 for grades 2-10. This initiative is designed to ensure that students remain actively and purposefully engaged in structured learning experiences as they transition into the upcoming academic session. As part of our academic planning, the program has been carefully designed with clear learning objectives and expected outcomes to ensure meaningful student engagement. It will be conducted through a structured combination of on-site (school-based) and online guided sessions, with continuous facilitation and supervision by teachers and coordinators to maintain consistency, discipline, and quality of learning. Program Overview Activities will be conducted within the school timing window between 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, as per the assigned schedule for each grade. Students will participate only during their designated activity slots and will not be required to attend for the full day unless specifically scheduled. The program includes a structured balance of the following learning experiences: On-site Sports & Physical Engagement Activities: Structured sports activities such as futsal, badminton, and other team and individual games will be conducted on campus to promote teamwork, coordination, physical fitness, emotional regulation, and healthy competition. These activities will also support students in reconnecting with peers and re-establishing positive school routines. On-site Creative Expression & Performance Activities: Activities including music, drama, storytelling, and other creative expressions will be facilitated within the school setting to enhance confidence, communication skills, emotional expression, and creative participation among students. All remaining activities will be conducted through guided online session Reading and Literacy Enrichment Activities: Focused reading sessions will be conducted to strengthen comprehension, imagination, and communication skills. These activities support students in rebuilding focus, developing reflective thinking, and smoothly transitioning back into structured learning routines. Coding and Digital Literacy Activities: Structured introductory coding sessions will be conducted to enhance logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creativity, helping students build early confidence in digital learning and computational skills. Environment Day and Sustainability Engagement: Special sessions and activities focused on environmental awareness, sustainability practices, and responsibility toward nature will be conducted to build student sensitivity toward ecological balance and community responsibility. MUN and School Election Orientation Sessions: Introductory sessions related to Model United Nations and school elections will be conducted to develop leadership awareness, public speaking skills, democratic understanding, and student voice in school systems. For Parents For on-site activities, parents are kindly requested to manage timely drop-off and pick-up in school. Lunch if needed is to be managed from home or may be purchased from the school canteen if required. For online sessions, parents are requested to ensure: Availability of required devices and stable internet connectivity. A supportive and distraction-free learning environment at home. Any specific instructions or requirements will be communicated by the respective class teachers or program in-charges. Your continued support and cooperation play an important role in ensuring students participate effectively and benefit meaningfully from this program. Important Note This Pre-Academic Engagement is an integral part of our structured academic approach to ensure that students remain actively engaged, disciplined, and well-prepared for the upcoming academic session.
